What are the shipping options?BerkArt designs offer USPS, UPS and FedEx as delivery methods. This usually takes 2-3 days after payment and packagaing has been processed. Shipping will not take place on holidays unless otherwise notified. There is also an option for pick-up. If you live within a 25 mile radius, you can pick your item(s) up.

What do I do if I received a defective order?We at BerkArt designs take great care with packing our products. if you receive a defective product, please let us know and then return the item. After assessing the returned product, a refund will be processed immediately.

How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?The easiest and most effective way is to contact us through email (sales@berkartdesigns.com), where we will reply back within 48 hours.

How do I place a custom order?You can do this 3 ways: 1. Call us at 267-614-6316 2. Email us at sales@berkartdesigns.com or berkart33@gmail.com 3. Make an appointment for a particular time to speak on the phone. If you click on the menu item custom order you will be directed straight to the appointment page.
