What are the shipping options?

BerkArt designs offer USPS, UPS and FedEx as delivery methods.  This usually takes 2-3 days after payment and packagaing has been processed. Shipping will not take place on holidays unless otherwise notified.
There is also an option for pick-up. If you live within a 20 mile radius, you can pick-up your item(s).

What do I do if I received a defective order?

We at BerkArt designs take great care with packing our products. if you  receive a defective product, please let us know and then return the item. After assessing the returned product, a refund will be processed immediately. You can contact us at 267-614-6316 or berkart33@aol.com.

3.  Make an appointment for a particular time to speak on the phone. If you click on the menu item custom order you will be directed straight to the appointment page.
